With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification. Manages the implementation of approved corrective action plans. Actively identifies, quantifies and escalates legacy master data non-compliances gaps. Centre on master data and SAP systems and processes as required. Delivers and supports coaching and training across Mfg. Completes adhoc master data analysis tasks as required. Assists in analysis of materials usage and BOM allocation for determining excess or surplus that may be scrapped or sold. Provides guidance to Reliability & Integrity engineers on improvements to, or optimum set-up for existing and proposed maintenance routines, material masters, etc. Advises Maintenance Planning Superintendent of improvement/compliance opportunities and implement improvements as agreed. Completes routine health checks of master data for completeness and compliance including auditing compliance of master data changes by other roles where authorised. Key Accountabilities Manages, prioritises and completes local SAP master data changes requests in line with scope of change request and master data standards including assurance of management of change compliance prior to processing change. The Coordinator - Maintenance Master Data coordinates local maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP master data related to maintenance work management across the Manufacturing Centre, ensuring quality and security of data.
